Project Summary

Koehn Building Systems partnered with Westport Construction out of Clinton, MO, on this project. Westport Construction served as the general contractor for the Cedar County Library project. Our scope of work included supplying and erecting the PEMB, while Westport Construction managed all other aspects of the project.

Koehn Building Systems was honored to be a part of this new public library project.

Pre-engineered Metal Building

75’ x 75’ x 12’ (low eave)
1:12 single slope roof
Standing seam roof, Kynar painted finish
Parapet walls
7.2 horizontal wall panels are used in select areas to enhance the architectural appearance

Insulation Package

Wall insulation 4” blanket (R-13)
Roof insulation 6” blanket (R-19)
